Salem Saberhagen (May 2011- March 9th, 2013)  Salem Saberhagen was hit by a car yesterday. It was pretty instant, and he didn’t suffer. As a rescue cat who narrowly avoided kitty leukemia, all of Salem’s life was a gift. He is spirited, and energetic, and playful. He is my best friend.
